The first draw for the 2024–25 UEFA Champions League league phase has taken place and some big names have been paired up right from the start. Defending champions Real Madrid will face Borussia Dortmund after last year's final, as will Liverpool and Milan. Manchester City were the first club drawn from the pot, joining Inter, PSG and Juventus.
Although the fixture list won't be announced until this weekend, we can look forward to some big clashes, with RB Leipzig and PSG in particular facing some top teams. The Germans play Inter, Liverpool, Juve and Atletico, while French giants host City, Bayern, Atleti and Arsenal.
