The upbeat vibe is especially popular as the airline industry has struggled in recent weeks. One gate agent has become known for spreading positivity and good vibes, which is not unprecedented in Delta Air Lines' history.

On August 18, a TikTok user posted a video that quickly gained popularity. At a Houston airport, a Delta Air Lines employee was providing cheerful entertainment to passengers. He was filmed trotting around and enjoying music. The gate agent has since gone viral.
For some travelers, this presentation was a reminder of why they fly with Delta in the first place. The airline is known for its excellent customer service and highly qualified staff. The light-hearted video further underscored the airline's quality as an employer and company.
The Delta employee has not been identified yet. Nevertheless, viewers of the cool dance video have expressed their admiration and affection. The gate agent lifted people's spirits during work hours and it was well received. Many people commented and asked the airline to give him a raise for his positive attitude and popularity, which left a lasting impression.

He can be seen dancing around passengers waiting at their gates, encouraging them to express their joy through dance routines. Some people even dared to dance with him and show off their best moves. The Delta employee was even dubbed “Delta Guy” by his online admirers.
What was particularly impressive about the video was that it was recorded between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. So at dawn the Delta Gate Agent was playing along to Prince and “Funky Town” by the Trammps. This certainly made people’s day, or at least gave them something to talk about during their journey, having witnessed the Gate Agent’s infectious energy first hand.
