The Olive Dell Ranch in the US state of California is considered an extremely popular nudist resort in the nudist scene. Now a double murder has shaken the facility in the city of Redlands.
The married couple Stephanie (73) and Daniel Menard (79) are missing – the police assume that it was a violent crime. “We are convinced that they are all there.” “And we believe that the bodies are on Michael Sparks' property,” said a spokesman.

The nudist couple did not show up for the nude karaoke last Sunday and were therefore reported missing by a friend. A short time later, the police first found the couple's unlocked car and then the 73-year-old's handbag and cell phone.

Following an anonymous tip, the police wanted to question Michael Sparks – but the 62-year-old barricaded himself in his house. A SWAT team was dispatched and crashed into the house in an armored vehicle. The first human remains were found there, but they have not yet been identified. Because the house is in high danger of collapsing after the police operation, a complete recovery has not yet been possible. Michael Sparks was arrested and is in custody.
