Darts action in Germany: The NEO.bet German Darts Championship has been in full swing since Friday. With Martin Schindler and Ricardo Pietreczko, there are still two German irons in the fire.

Darts action in Germany: The NEO.bet German Darts Championship has been in full swing since Friday. With Martin Schindler and Ricardo Pietreczko, there are still two German irons in the fire.

The world elite of darts will be honored in Hildesheim – and SPORT1 is right in the middle of the NEO.bet German Darts Championship from Friday to Sunday, live on free TV every day and for selected sessions in the free live stream on SPORT1.de and in the SPORT1 apps.

The round of 16 will continue on Sunday live from 1 p.m. in the live stream, and the tournament will be broadcast on free TV on SPORT1 from 2 p.m.

Darts: Two Germans still in the race

Particularly interesting from a German perspective: With Martin Schindler and Ricardo Pietreczko, German hopes rest on two shoulders. Pietreczko in particular knows how to win in Hildesheim. Last year, “Pikachu” took the title.

In the round of 16, “Pikachu” will face Nick Kenny, while Schindler will fight Chris Dobey for a place in the next round. Dave Chisnall will also duel with Joe Cullen, who eliminated Max Hopp in the second round.
