NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) – Two people were injured in a shooting in a parking lot near Broadway last night.
The shooting occurred near the popular Barstool bar on March 2.and Avenue.
City police said the incident occurred around 11:23 p.m. in the parking lot across from Barstool.
According to police, an argument broke out that resulted in gunshots.
Police found a suspicious vehicle in another parking lot across the street from Barstool.
The two injured people were taken to hospital; their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Investigators are questioning people who may have been involved in the incident.
According to the Metro Police data dashboard, this is the first shooting incident this year so close to Lower Broadway.
